Coal Fired Type Air Heater 

 

Applicable Range:

1. Processing and drying for chemical, textile, pharmacy industry etc.

2. Paint baking, powder injecting and solidifying for motorbike, container, home application etc.

Fuel:

 1.Solid fuel---like coal, coke.

2.Liquid fuel---like diesel, heavy oil.

3.Gas fuel---like coal gas, natural gas, liquid gas.

Types:

1.Directly Heating Furnace

The hot-blast air which generated by the fuel will be used to dry or bake materials directly. The fuel consumption reduces by half compared with steam heating or indirect heating method.

2.Indirectly Heating Furnace

It is mainly applied to dry materials which are required to has no pollution to the environment. It also can be used to dry materials with low thermal sensitivity, like milk powder, synthetic resin.

 

This heating device heats air by various forms of heat exchanging. The larger of the heat-exchanging area, the higher of the heat conversion rate, the better energy-saving effect of the heating furnace.
