ZZS-0512 Linear Vibration Sieve is a small new type screen for sorting chemical powder materials. Its developed by our company based on the technical parameters provided by Tianjin Union Chemical Company taking into consideration of the sorting characteristics of dry chemical powder materials.
I. Application:
It's used to sort out 30mm to 53µm dry chemical grains and can also be used to sort out and feed dry materials in industries such as mining, building materials, casting, cement, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, etc.
II. Working Principle:
Forced vibration produced by vibratory motor makes material jump on the screen surface, move in a parabolic curve and pass the screen mesh to be sorted out.
III. Characteristics
1.The vibratory motor is the source of vibration, low electricity consumption, low noise, simple structure and easy for maintenance.
2.The screen mesh is installed with 10°inclination so that there is no clogging and the efficiency is high.
3.The machine is fully enclosed free of dust pollution.
4.Easy installation, horizontal and suspending installation both will do, covering a small space.
5. The vibration exciting force can be adjusted as per the requirement.

V. Installation, Trial Run, Operation and Maintenance
1. Installation:
(1) The support of the screen must be firmly fixed on the foundation.
(2) Important: When the screen has been fixed, the transportation support must be removed. Otherwise, the screen will be damaged!
(3) The buffer spring must be vertical without friction.
(4) The wiring must be correct to make sure the motor runs in the reverse direction.
(5) Make sure that all the bolts are firmly fastened.
2. Trail Run:
(1) The starting must be smooth and quick.
(2) The vibration shall be smooth without noise produced by mechanical friction.
3. Operation:
(1) Adjust properly the position of the vibratory blocks as required. Adjustment shall be done with reference to the operation instructions of the motor.
(2) Install the screen mesh as per the technological requirement.
(3) Adjust the material feeding quantity as required.
4. Maintenance:
(1) Normally the lubricant of the bearings of the vibratory motors shall be replaced once three months.
(2) The motors shall be maintained once half a year. (For maintenance of the motors see the operation instructions of vibratory motor)
