Features:

It can press tablets from various kinds of granular materials. Besides, it can also press the tablets of different geometrical shapes or impressed letters on both sides of the tablets. The mechanism of this machine belongs to double-press type. Including 21 sets of movable dies, so 21 tablets are produced by each evolution of the turret rotation. When operated, the s rotate speed, the depth of filling material and the thickness of tablet are adjustable; and the sample can be chosen for examination. The pressure is controlled by hydraulic system. Overload protection device is equipped in this system so that when the pressure is overloaded, this machine will stop automatically, preventing damaging components.
