| BRIEF INTRODUCTION RA-1 Release Agent is white organic silicon emulsion liquid. After sprayed or brushed at the surface of core box and locating print, they can be reused 5 to 10 times. APPLICATIONS For application of hot box and shell process. DIRECTION FOR USE Clean core box and wash it with gasoline. Spray or brush this product at the surface of core box and locating print. Note: spray article should be controlled to very tine size and evenly. Core box should be heated to about 200°c. Taking parting result to be guaranteed as the precondition, it’s recommended to spray or brush release agent as less amount as it can be. For simple core box, spray or brush once is Ok and 2-3 times for complicated box. It’s compounded with high quality raw material. It’s characterized as quickly volatile, high efficiency, and the box can be used many times. APPLICATIONS For application of wood, resin and metal pattern and core box. It’s suitable for various mould or cores such as sodium silicate-bonded sand, resin sand and oil bonded sand etc. It’s not suitable for painted wooden pattern. DIRECTION FOR USE Shake evenly, then spray or brush on surfaces of pattern or core box. 2-3 times for the first time, once after the first time. Then after 5-20 minutes, making molds can be done. Each brush or spray can be reused for 5-15 times depending on complication of molds.CAUTION This product contents organic solvents, which is easy to burn.
