Glucoamylase Liquid is a liquid Glucoamylase enzyme (Amyloglucosidase, Glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase) [EC3.2.1.3] derived from refined Aspergillus Niger through cultivation and submerged fermentation technique.

This product can be used in the industry of distillery, fuel ethanol, beer brewing, organic acid and some other industries for saccharification process. It also can be used in simultaneous saccharification fermentation (SSF) process by adding directly to the fermentor with Yeast.

Function principleIt rapidly hydrolyzes terminal 1,4 α-D-glucose bonds and slowly hydrolyzes 1,6 α-D-glucose bonds successively from non-reducing ends of the starch chains with release of glucose.

Dosage recommendation0.53-0.8kg of Glucoamylase Liquid (150,000u/mL) per ton of dry starch material.(Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)

Package & storagePacked in 25kg drum or 1,125kg recyclable IBC; Bulk quantities is available. Store in low temperature condition between 4-8°C;High temperature and direct sunlight should be avoided; Frozen should be avoided.

ExpirationGlucoamylase Liquid is stable for 6 months when stored in original unopened package at 4°C- 8°C;  Stored in temperature no higher than 25°C, 6 months, activity remains 90%; 9 months, activity remains ≥85%.
