Mid-temperature Refining Alpha-Amylase Mid-temperature a-amylase is extracted from Bacillus subtilis submerged fermentation. Be suitable for biological pharmacy, starch sugar, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, fermentation industry, fruit juice, textile, paper-making and so on. Properties: The amylase can hydrolyze starch, soluable dextrin and a-1, 4 dextrose lin glycosidic linkage of oligose. After the enzyme treatment, the viscosity of paste starch rapidly reduced, and hydrolyzed it into dextrin and a small amount of dextrose and maltose.
Technology Parameter: The PH range is 5.5 - 7.5, the optimum PH is 6.0-7.0. The optimum temperature is 60-75°C. As the temperature grows, the reaction rate will fasted but the speed of inactivation will fasted at the same time; If the temperature is low, it suggest that lengthen the reaction time, the concentration of calcium ion should be 150-250mg/kg.
