· Condition: 100% brand new custom made dress.· Material: High quality bridal imitated silk.Other fabrics we used include chiffon,taffeta and organza.· Size: We can make this dress full size .But need you tell me your precision measurement.· Color: White or ivory .

· Working time: About 10-20 days.· Shipping : EMS, about 7-14 days, For rush order ,please cntact us to inquire first.Payment 

· Payment we can accept includes T/T, western union.

· Please give your full address and phone number for delivery, so you can get the package safely and quickly.

 Shipping

· We use international express delivery EMS to mail to mail item. 

· We send dresses by EMS. EMS is very quick and safe, and we will also give you the tracking number to check the mail status. 

· If EMS can't get your address, we'd like to use some other service such as Standard Airmail/UPS/DHL/TNT and so on.

Return policy

· We usually advise customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there maybe occasion when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

· Dress must be received back to us within 3 days after your receipt.

· For exchanges, the buyers must pay all shipping/handling charges for returns.

Note

A: the wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves wedding veil and crinoline petticoat (show on the pictures)

B: As computer screen has chromatic aberration, especially CRT screen and LCD screen, there may be some color shading between the picture and the gown.
