Thermal grease is an ideal thermal interface material for electronic parts and it’s a fluid substance which used for computer CPU/GPU,LED and other electronic heat sink. This grease can fill the air gap between the heat sink and the warm body, then help the heat sink send out the thermal more easier and protect the electronic product , extend the service life.
