Working condition

Movement of complete machine

travelling wheel of back outrigger runs on temporary track paved on bridge floor

remove anchoring between front outrigger and top of pier, hydro-cylinder inside recovers, break away from top of pier

hydro-cylinder jacks, bottom  trolley runs on track of launching nose

Bridge girder erection

cylinder in back outrigger jacks, travelling wheel breaks away from track, load-carrying wheel box presses on hinge seat with hard sleepers safeguard

Support the front section of abutment ahead, the front outrigger support on above breast wall of abutment

Attach to the launching nose

Cylinder recovers, the anti-buckle institution ascends launching nose in the  air, bottom walking institution makes launching nose move longitudinally to finish crossing piers

Shift span

travelling wheel of back outrigger runs on temporary track paved on bridge floor, the distance and position of front and back outrigger should be guaranteed on running

Upper part is equipped with shift roller driven by shifting span which can realize longitudinal shifting by track on girder cover plate. When front outrigger shifts span, auxiliary outrigger supports on launching nose; when launching nose shifts and changes span, front outrigger is on the top of pier or breast wall at the end of the girder to meet needs of shifting span

Remove parts under upper girder or tuck up folding section of outrigger
