1. Brief Introduction of WDG Series Production line

few years ago, our company realized the large potential market for the irrigation and analyzed the application fields and regions of the dripper pipes in China. They were mostly used in orchards, fields of crops and vegetable fields and desert lands. The company then decided to put in effort to develop a new and better dripper pipe production line.

After several years of technical development, the company finally invented the WDG I dripper pipe production line, which fills in the blank in China.  The machine has many characteristics such as its small size, simple structure, convenient operation and high automation. Many companies at home and broad paid close attention to the production line when it was introduced. At the same time, we became the leading company in manufacturing the inner dripper pipe production line domestically.

After we made our first production line (WDG-I) in the period of one and half years, we got feedback from customers and did more research on the production line and developed the WDG-II Production line. This machine is better than that of WDG-I in capability, production speed and can produce different sizes of thickness for pipe walls.

Although, we didnt stop our research on the machine, our technical staff spent more time to study new technologies; asking customers for their experience and making an analysis about the dripper pipes produced by machines.  We also make technical alterations on the weaker parts of the machines. 

More than ten patents of our Companys technical achievements are applied to the machine, and replaced domestic motors with the best motors from international brands such as Siemens from Germany. We upgrade most parts on the production line and soon after a new production was completed and called the WDG-III inner dripper pipe production line.  This production line uses the Japanese PLC control system and its characteristics and advantages include stable finished products, the production of different sizes of pipes, easy operation and a low cost for the machine maintenance. At this time, our products had reached international standards.

At present, there are more than ten WDG-III inner flat dripper pipe production lines running domestically. These lines always meet the customers production requirements and can produce different sizes of dripper pipes.  There are stable with their performance and have a low failure rate, which is a great benefit to the customers.

The Company has made another new production line called the WDG-IV dripper pipe production line successfully. This line is based on the WDG-III inner flat dripper pipe line after technical reformation and focuses on the requirement of customers.

This new production line not only produce flat dripper pipes but can also produce the tongue shaped hole buried dripper pipes and compensated dripper pipes.  By increasing the extruder capacity, different pipes can be produced. The production line is mainly for the need of multiple-producing companies.

The new production line has the following features:

(1)    Producing thick pipes, by increasing the extruder capacity

(2)    Increase product quality by adding more functions to the line detection system.

(3)    Increased net change machines to increase productivity when producing thin pipes.The company devotes itself to development of a new and better production line and contribute economics benefits to the drip irrigation industry and international water saving cause.
