Upset forging parallel thread system machine includes:

 - one set of forging machine(GD-150),

- one set of threading machine(GZL-45),

- one working oil pump.

Working principle:

First, use forging machine to enlarge the end of rebar;

Second, use threading machine to process thread on the enlarged the end of rebar;

Third, Use upset forging parallel thread coupler to abutting joint two threaded ends of rebar.

1. The tensile strength of this system can be reach 1.1 times of steel bar, make sure 100% BAR BREAK.
