HZS60 stationary concrete batching plants are the full automatic equipment of making concrete, which consists of the parts of feed, batching, measure, agitation, electrical control and steel structure parts. It is applicable to the construction of large and medium-sized projects such as buildings, water power stations, railroads, ports and bridges as well as large and medium-sized prefabricated part factories and concrete product factories.

The aggregate batching system of this station can adopts PLD1600Q concrete batching machine, and mechanical loader can be used for feeding, pneumatically actuated fan type gate for input, and electronic scales for measure; PLD1600Y concrete batching machine can also be installed as required by clients and electronic belt machine for input, and electronic scales for measure; as required by clients three or four kinds of aggregate can be simultaneously stored, and aggregate measure is carried out on the ground.

As required by clients,fine material batching system can be equipped with two cement silos, one fly ash silo, and two kinds of fine material can be sent to cement scales by their respective helical conveyer for accumulative measure.
