Main Performance Characteristics:
1,The main power source is 2 sets DEUTZ 300/2200rpm diesel engines. According to the working conditions, one engine can work separately without affecting construction. If two engines are working simultaneously, maximum torque, maximum rotating speed, maximum push-pull force and maximum push-pull speed can be achieved. Rotating and push-pull speed can be adjusted by changing oil pump or motor displacement. It must be avoided to use the highest pressure and the maximum displacement at the same time. The two should be in inversely proportional relationship. If a single engine works, torque and rotating speed can be changed by adjusting oil pump or motor displacement. Motor displacement is reduced, rotating speed is constant, and then torque is reduced; reduce oil pump displacement, torque is constant, rotating speed is reduced. By pushing and pulling motor of closure or reducing motor displacement, push-pull speed can be maintained, but push-pull force will be reduced. Two units can work alternately, push-pull speed can be maintained, but push-pull force will be reduced. Two units can work alternately. The push-pull unit under resting state uses clutch to disengage; this design can not only save fuel but also extend service life.
2,Independent control room has multiple seats, spacious and comfortable with broad vision, equipped with heating and cooling air conditioner.
3,Spindle rotation and push-pull of power head use closed loop, thus oil temperature as well as wear and tear can effectively be reduced. Other supporting organizations adopt open loop driven by high-pressure gear pump.
4,Part of the connection between push-pull motor and reducer adopts manual clutch operation, which can be used in turn to extend the service life of motor and reducer.
5,Spindle floats are designed for the convenience of shackle of drilling rod to eliminate alternating stress and avoid leakage of mud.
6,Floating beam is for the convenience of transportation and adjusting angle of incidence.
7,Clamp adopts three points clamping. The front and rear clamp can be separated. Clamp is floating in whole course.
8,The front design of clamp can activate centralizer. This is for the convenience of solving the problem of difficult to dismantle shackle after counter boring head is unearthed.
9,The rotation of power head and push-pull speed are full-scale linear stepless speed regulation. Working pressure can be controlled remotely within the set range. One can adjust torque and push-pull force at any time in operating room.
10,Configure mud pressure relief device. Mud pressure is shown on pressure sensors which are safe and reliable. It is designed innovatively in China.
11,Hydraulic oil heating and cooling systems and set separately.
12,Anti-slip walkways and fence are installed on one side and the end.
13,Control system uses the special earthquake-resistant PLC for construction machinery, operating conditions of diesel engine, pressure and temperature of hydraulic system, the temperature of lubricating oil of rotary push-pull reducer; the stroke of power head and clamp is displayed digitally and achieves automatic security protection.
14,Equipped with central drill pipe bracket to control speed, the height of die-pin can be adjusted separately.
