Brief introduction

Continuous homogenization technology of German KHD company is applied in the IBAU silo. Outside there is a mixing bin, and a big cone at the center of the bottom silo. The weight of raw material in silo is passed to silo housing through the cone. Bottom silo circular room is separated into six aerating zones, incling to the center with 10 degree. Each zone has 6 aerating cases with three specifications. When aerating and discharging, the raw material is conveyed to one radial arrangement aerating case in the first, and then conveyed to the 4000mm measuring silo at the bottom of silo center through air slide via outlet at the bottom of cone body. When discharge eing, raw material will cut off horizontal material layer with the gravity and mixture during the flow process up and down. After entering mixture silo, homogenize again and aerate continuously. The homogenization effect of H can reach 6 to 8. Power consumption of raw material is 0.1~0.2Kwh/t. Technical parameter list  IBAU library schemes
