Chassis & Engine

Adopt rotary drilling rig hydraulic telescopic crawler dedicated chassis, ensure the whole machine stability, good mobility, and strong adaptability during operation. 

Adopt the most advanced imported engine as power source, turbo supercharging upgrades the engine performance and power, direct fuel injection type electronics controller provides timely and accurate fuel charge, sufficient burning, to achieve strong power output with low fuel consumption, low emissions and low noise.

Control System

Electrical control system is the headquarter of the rotary drilling rig, using CAN-BUS technology, achieve the intelligent controls of engine monitoring, drill movements control, virtual instrument, fault detection and diagnosis, alarm and information display, etc.

Hydraulic System

Adopt the double motors and double reducers with world famous Italian Brevini system, the rotary table can automatically adjust the drilling speed with the stepless speed regulation to meet high torque output and the demands for the hard ground layer at geological condition. Multi-point lubrication, three levels sealing of gearbox ensures construction requirements in severe environment. Heavy duty shock absorber reduces the impact of rotary table effectively.

The hydraulic system has the contemporary international advanced level negative flow control and the regeneration function, to meet the specific request and the energy saving purpose. The constant power and the electrical power override control, to bring engine into maximum function. The operation adopts the LS forerunner controlling for accuracy, sensitivity and safety.

Working Device

The lift system of main winch with the system optimization design increases the durable and safety coefficient, doubles the service life of steel wire, and reduces the equipment's running cost in large scale.

The parallelogram system adopts the popular parallelogram structure, all pin rolls connection is with double support structure, each hinge point by optimal design could move swiftly, good stability and high efficiency operation.

Cabin

The cabin with air condition and dust prevention may be used for windy and dusty with automatic defrosting, shockproof and sound-proof, tridimensional blowing-in, wide open, safety and comfortable, also available at construction the alpine and low voltage area.

Drill Pipe & Drill Tool

Friction-type drill pipe or lock-type drill pipe may be selected according to different geological conditions. The drill pipe is made of high strength alloy seamless tube with six-key structure, and has such features as uniform force, good rigidity and long service life, etc.

Different forms of drills are selected under different geological conditions, drill tool could be short twist drills, universal drilling bucket, sand bucket, used for the clay bed, gravel bed, pebble bed and rock formation with a certain weathering degree, to ensure the smooth and efficient construction of equipment.
