At present, our company have the ability to design and manufacture gypsum board production line with annual capacity from 2 Million M2 to 50 Million M2, gypsum block production line with annual capacity from 100,000 M2 to 1.5 Million M2, gypsum powder production line and phosphogypsum powder production line and FGD gypsum powder production line and fluorine gypsum powder production line with annual capacity from 30,000 tons to 500,000 tons, and we also can produce PVC laminated gypsum board equipment and gypsum board light frame equipment.
Gypsum board plasterboard production line adopts the German company, Lafarge, the United States companies and domestic well-known enterprises Kitashinchi Group, Taihe Group advanced technology. We adopts the horizontal flow, vertical airflow heat exchanger heating system, the raw material feeding system and edge cutting and edge sealing and edge grinding and recycling system and stacking system are all controlled by computer. All the whole line is full automation.
