Gypsum wallboard production line

Gypsum energy-saving wallboard is made of gypsum, industrial waster residue or crop waste.

2. Production Features:

1) The board use industrial waste residue and admixture stimulating reaction, turned into building plank through forming and maintenance.

2) Energy saving effect is very significant. One is the production process in which the power consumption for producing wallboard is only 40% of producing paper-faced gypsum board. The other is raw material which we use industrial waste directly.

3) Environmental protection effect is excellent. Compared with paper-faced gypsum board, the emissions of the greenhouse gas-carbon dioxide reduce by 50%.

4) The board is used recycling without producing new waste.

Slag type internal wallboard: hard-faced light wallboard, polyphenyl sandwich wallboard, special waterproof board

Early strength cements type wallboard: fiberglass homogeneous board, single-side colorful steel insulation board.
