1.1 XY waterproof coatings unit

XY waterproof coating equipment is used to in the production of all kinds of waterproof coating (such as polyurethane waterproof coatings, JS waterproof coating), the equipment can achieve continuous production automatically, semi-automatically or manually. The set of equipment is characterized with advanced technology, the fine quality of products and exact proportioning of raw material, at the same time; it also processes the characteristics of long operation life, reasonable layout and facilitating moving.

7.2 Asphalt smoke purification device

Both asphalt rapid melting device and asphalt melting slot are all heated by oil furnace in China at present, therefore the temperature of asphalt smoke is quite high, so is the concentration of asphalt smoke, especially the concentration of asphalt smoke generated by the improved rapid melting device reaches to 1100mg/m3,so it apply to absorption cooling purification. Absorption cooling purification firstly goes through filter, and then goes through draft fan, oil smoke reach to oil and gas absorption through pipeline. It will be cool through the second condenser, and it will be purified by gas adsorption device through the third and fourth pipelines. At last, it will be filtered by active carbon and emitted into the air through chimneys. The collected wasted oil is vented away through discharge valve periodical, and then the wasted oil is used for recycling.
