Working Principles:

1. The main grinding device is steel balls. The ball mill is a horizontal and rotating structure that rotated by outer gear.

2. There are two grinding areas in the chamber. Materials are transferred to the first grinding chamber through the quill shaft. There are various ladder-like, wave-like liner plates and steel balls. The centrifugal force which caused by the rotating barrel brings steel balls to a certain height, impacting and grinding the materials.

3. After the rough grinding in the first grinding area, materials will be grinded again in the second grinding area.

4. Finished products will be discharged by discharging board.
