1. Application

3.Working principle
The mixed powder is conveyed to the mixing material silo above disc pelletizer. From the silo, the powder is evenly fed to pelletizer. At the same time, inside the pelletizer, vaporous water will be sprayed by a water pipe. The inclined disc pelletizer rotates by mechanical drive. With pelletizer rotating, the powder with water rolls intp pellets. Then the raw material pellet fall to the convey belt and will be separated by a rotary screen. The qualified size pellets enters the kiln for calcination, the unsatisfactory size pellet will return to for reprocessing.
