Process of making 3D  Face Doll

 

1. Print lovely face into special paper as the following picture shows

 

 

2. Cover the picture with special protect cover(stick it to the picture)

 

3.Tie the red string as shown in the picture. Draw a black point in an appropriate position on the string.

 

 

4. put a face mold at the bottom and make sure The black point on the string points exactly to the nose of lovely face mold.

 

5.put the picture on the interlayer (shown as below)

 

 

6. lift up the interlayer using the handle on the left and right side.

 

7. When the interlayer lifted up, make show the nose of a lovely face points exactly to the black point. Tighten the interlayer by the crew on the edge.

 

 

8. Lift down the interlayer by using the handle on the left and right side. Turn on the blower and keep blowing the face for 20-30 second, (this is to make the paper soft, make sure the distance is about 10cm) then make the blower blowing stronger for 5 seconds (press the button), This is to finalize and consolidate the shape.

 

 

9. Cut the consolidated face (make sure it is a little bigger).

 

 

10. Insert the face into the doll.
