The single plates will be placed orderly in the process control system, turned over and moved into the drier. In strictly controlled temperature, adsorbed water will be evaporated from the plates. Out of the drier, plates will get cooler during the movement on the production line. After a second turnover, the right sides of every two plates will be superimposed and cut into standard size at the ends by the end saw. Finally, plates will be conveyed to the automatic piling machine and the finished products will be stored in the warehouse.
The production line is comprised of the following three sections:
1. Raw material preparation section: raw material conveyor, crushing equipment, grinding equipment, calcining equipment, measuring equipment and dosing equipment.
2. Heating system: steam furnace, hot oil furnace and natural gas furnace.
3. Plate forming system: uncoiling equipment, tensioner, correcting equipment, puler, mixer, cutting machine, vibrate platform, forming machine, forming station, setting belt conveyer, roller conveyer, cutter, accelerating roller, 1# transverse conveyer, approaching conveyer, distributor, drier, board-taking machine, 2# transverse conveyer, waste board roller, edge-trimming machine, finished product roller, side roller, piler, electronic control.
