The disc type pipeline pig is used to clean up construction waste like stones or sticks and impurities.

Formation:

It is composed by steel framework, two supporting PU discs and 4 to 6 sealing PU discs. Wireless emitter and ground tracker can be fitted for location.

Usage: It is used for cleaning, drainage, water blocking and medium separation in pipeline.

Properties and performance: It can operate from both directions of pipeline.

                       Operation distance: ≥100km (4 sealing discs)

                                        ≥150km (6 sealing discs)

                       Best operating speed 12m/s (liquid medium)
