PC steel bar line is also called prestressed concrete reinforced production line , the reinforced bar with 30MnSi materials will be made a series process for bending and de-rusting , pull out and nick, straightening, quenching and tempering and so on, its index can fully meet the requirements for steel pipe pile (GB/T 5223.3-2005).
Our company’s PC steel bar production line has reached the level of leading domestic, the production line speed for 4 common specs has achieved respectively as the following:
1. Conventional configuration and production speed:
Φ7.1mm the speed is 110m/min
Φ9.0mm the speed is 100m/min
Φ10.7mm the speed is 70m/min
Φ12.6mm the speed is 45m/min
Equipments configuration:
1# preheating furnace: GZP500KW/10KHz
2# heating furnace: GCYP200KW/40KHz
3# quenching furnace GCYP200KW/50KHz
4# preheating furnace: GZP250KW/10KHz
2. High-speed configuration and production speed:
Φ7.1mm the speed is 130m/min
Φ9.0mm the speed is 120m/min
Φ10.7mm the speed is 80m/min
Φ12.6mm the speed is 45m/min

2# heating furnace: GCYP200KW/40KHz
3# quenching furnace GCYP200KW/50KHz
4# preheating furnace: GZP300KW/10KHz

The main feature for high configuration production line is the high-power chopping power (self-developed) has been used in PC steel bar line, the technology has responded to the state industrial policy of energy–saving emission reduction. It has many advantages such as high power factor for power supply, small harmonic interference on power grid, protection sensitive, output stability and compacted structure and so on.
