Screw-on Machine Torque Control System
Screw-on machine torque control system: TPC for short, is an advanced torque signal processing control and record system which can be used to measure, display, record and control torque when making up the tubes. IPC and LCD is adopt as upper computer to realize real time torque data graph display.Torque and other parameters may be set according to API standards so as to ensure the best screw torque is achieved in the tube joints and all curve data of all joints in screw tightening period are stored in the disc for later search.
TCP system isused together with TJseries to achieve automatic control on screw torque of pipe joints, and ensure the screw torque is within the range recommended by API standard so as to avoid the tubes being damaged by thread gluing and tong key caused by over-torque to meet the strict standard and requirements for tubes when drilling.
