Application:

Series KT270-H has wide application on machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, M/C etc.

Furthermore, it can satisfy various demands on mechanical driver for printing and dyeing, packing and automatic production line.     

Description:

1. By using of DSP (digital signal processor) chip, data gathering and processing speed has been boosted. Very large scale gate array circuit is adopted to enable the product with higher reliability. Up-to-date power device IPM is adopted to minimize driver's dimensions.        

                    

2. 2 input modes for control (pulse position and simulation speed) are available for better flexibility. Built-in single-axis position of CNC functions (KT270-HC series) can be programmed to achieve position control and the process control of speed. Available to set multiplying factor for position command pulse (electron gear input). Available to set multiplying factor for position command pulse (electron gear output). 

                            

3. Simple to operate, pilot run,  surveillance and parameter setting can be handled conveniently just by 4 keys or external hand-held. Monitor function allows to display 24 parameter status, including rotating speed of motor, feedback impulse, command pulse, level at input/output ports and motor current etc.       

4. Communication with RS485, compliance with the standard MODBUS RTU protocol.

5. Slide design, buttons hidden, and setting the parameters in the light conditions can also be clearly indicated.
