Application

It applicable for non-frequent start for AC 50Hz (60Hz), voltage is 380v-660v, rated power 2.2-530kw and under three-phase squirrel cage induction motor.

 

Working Principle

Adopt three pair anti-parallel thyristor string connected onto AC motor stator loop. Using thyristor electronic switch function, through the microprocessor control its triggering angle variation to change thyristor open degree, thus to change motor input voltage size, in order to the purpose for control motor soft start. After starting the soft starter output reached rated voltage, at this time will be control three-phase bypass contactor KM suction close through bypass control output signal, the motor input running of power grid.
