1. If the controller is defective, please notice us within 1-2 days after u received the goods.

2. Returns accepted within 7 days, we will exchange goods for you.

RS232/485 converter is dual interface, with Half Duplex design. And simple two-line communication, it's convenient for RS485. Using: Installing it on the serial port of communication; Outputting it when Converted RS232 signal to RS485 signal, as to realize the long distance(0-3KM) data transmitting  RS232/485 converter, as the supporting option of LED controller, strongly suggested you to used it when distance is over 150M. Usually, installing RS232/485 converter could protect the computer serial port .

Connection diagram:You are supposed to match RS232/485 converter with RS485 interface, and connect it to RS232 serial port. One end of the communication line connects with RS232/485 converter output transfer terminal, and another end connects with the RS485 interface of controller. Pin: PIN7,PIN8 and PIN5. Diagram showed below:

Remarks:(1) Suggested you use it when the communication distance over 150M;(2) BX controller has a strict requirement of power supply voltage when adopt RS485 interface. You'd better afford power to controller independently, as to ensure it in +5V±0.2V;(3) You must enter into the mode with password 888 when you choose to cascade with more screens using RS485 line to setup parameters, so as to setup ID,scan configuration and screen parameters.
