Work principle: 

J6AP series thermal protector is with double protection against over current and over heat. It is of snal action model. Its essential part is temperature sensitive bimetal. When over current or over heat occured, the contacts will become open to cutoff the circuit  to protect against the appliance from damage. When the temperature cools down, the contacts will be closed again to resume the circuit.

Application:

widely used to protect against over current and over heat for auto motor such as  wiper motor, window motor, blower motor, seat adjuster motor, lock motor etc. and other low-voltage appliance.

Main feature:

Sensitive both to current and heat, snap action

Open temperature: 50C--160C ( in 5C increasement)

Rating: 15A/DC30V, 30A/DC15V, 10A/250VAC

Tripping current: 3C--30A (@25C)

Tripping time: 4S--10S
