NdFeB, the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet, has the high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product and high cost ratio. It can be easily formed into various size and widely used in many fields.
1.Material of NdFeB magnet:
Grade working temperature (Celsius) working temperature
Magnet N-( N35----N52): 80 degree, Magnet M-(N33M-----N50M),:100 degree Celsius.Magnet H-(N33H--N48H), 120 degree,. Magnet SH-(N30SH---N45SH),:150 degree Celsius.Magnet UH-( N30UH--N40UH),180 degree. Magnet EH-(N28EH--N38EH):200 degree Celsius.Magnet AH-(N28AH, N30AH, N33AH) working temperature: 220 degree Celsius.
2. Surface coating: Colored Zinc, blue Zinc, Nickel, NICUNI, NICU+Sn, Epoxy(black), Gold, Silver, Passivation, any coating available as you like.
3.Magnet shape: Block, Ring, Disc, Cylinder, Rod, Bar, Cube, Sphere, Strip, segment or arc etc.
4.Directions of Magnetization: Axial, thickness, radial, dameter, Multi-pole on the one face, multi-pole oriented on outer diameter of segment
5. Packing methord: standard export package, wooden carton, vacuum bag, all available upon your request.
6.Production process: raw material treatment→vacuum melting→milling→pressing→sintering→performance testing→gringing and cutting→surface coating→Check→magnetized and packing
