Fibre re-inforced heat shrinkable wrap-around sleeve for thermal insulation and oil & gas pipeline

1.       Description

Construction: Three-layer system or Two-layer system

First layer: Liquid epoxy, solvent-free two-component (Two-layer system has no this layer)

Second layer: High shear strength copolymer adhesive (First Layer of Two-layer system)

Third layer: Radiation cross-linked, high density polyethylene with fibre re-inforced composite structure (Second Layer of Two-layer system)

The RSPBJ system is a wrap-around fibre re-inforced heat shrinkable sleeve which replicates the structure and performance of mill-applied three-layer PE coatings. RSPBJ also has excellent compatibility and has been extensively used on many other mill-applied coatings.
