Product introduction

Basalt unidirectional fabric is construction material knit by high strength basalt fabric, with its tensile strength more than 2100Mpa, flexural modulus more than 105Gpa, elongation more than 2.6%. According to the follow-up needed in manufacturing, basalt fabric is spread evenly by sizing which is mixed with coupling agent adapted to different resins to act as an enhanced role. BFRP is especially suitable for taking place of carbon fiber when it is used in bridge construction firming and repairing. In addition, the cylinder shockproof and reinforcement function is very similar to carbon fiber fabric.

[Applications]

 Reinforcement, enhancement and repairing in constructions and bridges;

radar antenna; tanks and armored vehicles covers, structure part, wheel hub, torsion bar and casing; sports paddles, alpine ski board, surfing board etc. Basalt single fabric is the most mature product among the domestic basalt fiber products.
