Main Features

The rollers adopts "Taper-shape" to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die-outer, so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so that the resistance is reduced, accordingly the energy consumption reduced, die’s lifetime is enlarged. Raw material could be feeded in smoothly, as the rollers are all uniformly distributed.The pellet machine could adapt to different raw material, because of the center regulator structure. As different raw material needs different pression. E.g. pressure for sawdust is a little lower than that of corn stalks.The machine has a longer service life.
