    This equipment is made with our high technique and optimized design of structure; it possesses high output, low in energy consumption, quick drying, good drying effect, high recovery rate etc.

(3). Main composition

    This machine is composed of Cowper Stove, Pulsed Tube, Air Blower, and Cyclone Separator etc.

4. Working principle

    Under the force of draught fan the hot air and raw materials will be absorbed in the tube. The hydrous raw materials hang over the high-speed hot-air flow will go through the drying tube. By the forces of Pulsed Tube, the air flow wills keep spinning with the rolling of the raw materials thus enlarge the heat exchanges of the hot-air flow and improved the efficiency. The hydrous materials can be dried in about 3-5 seconds, and be collected by the Cyclone Separator. The recovery rate can be reach up to 98% and the equipment can be keep working for a full day time.
