JP SERIES SINGLE-SPRINKLER REEL SPRINKLING MACHINE
The JP series single-sprinkler reel sprinkling machine is able to walk by itself bu taking advantage of the kinetic energy of pressure water.It main-ly consists of chassis, frame, roll, PEpipes, automatic speed regulation device, hydro-turbine driven system, gear box, sprinkler wagon and guiding de-vice, etc. Working principle:the pressure water will drive the rotation of the hydro-turbine and the reel plate through multi-step speed regulation mechanism to realize the even reversing of PE pipes and sprinkler wagon and at the same time, enter to the sprinkler through PE pipes to carry out nor-mal sprinkling. With simple structure, high automation and adaptability, this product is easy to be operated and may realize multi-step speed regulation. It is the ideal choice for water saving spinkling.
HYDRO TURBINE
Hydro-turbine is the central part of the whole equipment and the power-driven system for the normal operation of all units. It may carry out the flow quantity adjustment at the same time to ensure the even reversing speed of PE pipes.
There are two types of hydro-turbines: the axial flow type and the flow-down type. The fiist one mainly consists of elbow, volute and turbine, etc. The elbow and the volute are made by pressure cast aluminum. With smooth flow tunnel, smart appearance and good performance, they are widely applied. The flow amount is up to 13~68m3/h and the rotation speed is up to 200~800r/min, able to meet the requirement of reel sprinkling machines of JP65, JP75, JP85, JP90 and JP100 series. The second type is simple in structure, with the volute and ,impeller made by pressure cast aluminum. With smart appearance and light weight, they are adaptable for reel sprinkling machines of JP 40 and JP50 series. The two types are able to conduct automatic speed regulation ensure the walking speed variation of sprinkler wagon smaller than 20%.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL GEAR BOX
The multi-functional gear box is the control system for the whole equipment.It may real-ize the clutch state control, braking, speed regulation, rapid and safe reversing of transmission sys-tem. The multi-functional gear box may realize tow-stage speed regulation by itself or through the change of belt roller. So the transmission mechanism may realize four-stage speed regulation The system is impact in structure, easy to be operated, reliable and flexible. Through operating the handle, people may carry out speed regulation, clutch state shift and braking. Meanwhile the handle may be automatically controlled by the linkage system. When the sprink-ler wagon reaches the destination, people may operate the handle through linkage system to stop the work of transmission system and brake.
GUIDING MECHANISM
The guide lever is the key component of the guiding mechanism. This kind of guide lever adopts automatic reversing screw rod guiding mechanism in the shape of let-ter “8”. The screw thread is rectangular and the coupling point of the reversing screw is made smooth to ensure the reliability of directional shift and the safe, orderly arrange-ment of PE pipes on the reel to guarantee the smooth operation of guiding mechanism.
DIAL
With the car-only dial, people are free to choose the sprinkling direcrion without moving the equipment through removing the dial positioning pin and rotating the dial within the range of 2700 After the sprinkling direction is chosen, the positioning pinshall be put back into its place and the dial shall be secured.
PE WATER PIPES
The PE water pipe is made by special polythene marerials. Ith quality is in the direct linkage to the service life of the sprinkling machine. The adopted PE pipes may meet the world advanced technical standards. Tests show that its bursting pressure is greater than 2.0Mpa, the intensity of tension greater than 16.5 Mpa, and elongation at break greater than 400%.Endurance tests in different climates show that the abrasion wear is smaller than 20mg and the life time may be as long as 15 years. Able to fully meet the requirement of reel sprinkling machine.
AUTOMATIC SPEED REGULATION MECHANISM
A whole set of leverage mechanism is adopted to adjust the opening degree of the separation tongue to realize the step-less speed regulation of hydro-turbine and ensure the constant speed of PE pipes on the reel disc to ensure the even reversing speed of sprinkler wagon and even sprinkling of the equipment.
