1. COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION

This tape plays a reliable part in electrical industries as winding or wrapping material with a purpose of electrical insulating for motors and other electrical equipment as well. And it is also used as a basic material for FRP products.we can provide five categories: plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, herringbone weave, broken twill weave based on their appearance and processing properties.

1) Aluminium- foil coated fiberglass tape

The aluminium foil coated on the surface of fiberglass tape, it is used as heat insulating materials and an excellent substitute for asbestos tape. Metallic wire reinforced are also available. It have good insulation and heat resistance and can be used as binding materials for electrical machinery and appliance.

 

Temperature: 450°C~550°C

Thickness: 0.8mm~6.0mm

Width: 5mm~300mm

2) Silicone Rubber coated fiberglass tape

Texturized fiberglass tape coated with silicone rubber on one side, is suitable to protect soft hoses and cables

Temperature: 260°C

Thickness:0.8mm~5.0mmWidth:20mm~300mm

 

3) Fiberglass ladder tape.

Fiberglass ladder tape withstands temperatures up to 550°C. Applications include wrapping, steam tracer lines, hose, piping, tadpole tapes, gaskets, and curtains for high temperature ovens.
