It is made of polyacrylonitrile fibers by air oxidation at a certain temperature to form the black fiber with part of the ring structure. It is intermediate products of carbon fiber and made of the polyacrylonitrile filament by preliminary heat treatment in oxidizing at the 200 ~ 300 °C.
