FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) Translucent Sheet is a kind of transparent natural lighting product which is shaped through automated processes. It is composed of non-soda fiberglass, reinforced polyester resin, high-performance anti-ageing film (or gel) and additives. Part 1: Base material represents at least 95% of total thickness and total weight of the compound. The thickness of this layer is a decisive factor on the products strength, tenacity, anti- ageing capacity, size and shape. It is made up of 2/3 unsaturated resin, 1/3 fiberglass and a small quantity of additives. TR uses most advanced DTM-1 unsaturated resin and ultraviolet absorbent components in its materials, which makes FRP Sheet anti-ageing capable, resistant to color change, high transparency rate and long lifespan.

Part 2: External Layer Treatment. Generally, Melinex 301 provides the FRP material flexibility, protection against water decomposition and self cleaning function

Part 3: Gel coating surface.Enables protection against water decomposition, and function to absorb UV, prevent the base material from being damaged, increases the anti-corrosion ability.
