Scope of application
It is used for the integrated high wear-resistant hard surface formed on concrete surface, especially the environment needs requests about floor surface hardness and wear resistance such as garages, shopping malls, factories, warehouses and so on.
Technical parameters
The cement content of base plane concrete should be at least 300kg/m, the water cement ratio and oxygen content should be controlled under 0.55 and 3%.
The concrete bleeding should be controlled and more or less bleeding will directly affect the usage and performance.
The average usage of the product should be 4-6kg/sqm that will create about 2-3mm thickness of wear-resistant layer.
The product should be operated by 2 times as the concrete of base plane coagulates to a certain degree. There is about 4mm deep stamp after walking, no clear bleeding but the surface is wet.
