Bakery proofer and semi automatic fermentation cabinet:1) Unique heating and humidifying system is first invented in the domesticmarket2) The two series of fermentation cabinet mainly differ in humidity controlsection: the full-automatic series controls humidity with an imported humidity controller. The semiautomatic controls humidity with a time controller which has a poorer humidifying performance than the full-automatic series3) The entire unit is fabricated with stainless steel.
