Vacuum freeze dehydrator,Working principle,

After some pretreatments, put the foodstuff in a low temperature and vacuum surroundings, the inner moisture of the foodstuff will sublimate from solid state to gaseous state so that the foodstuff is dried.

Applicable range,

Fruit, vegetable, aquatic, meat, instant foodstuff, chemical stoneware ect

 

The whole equipment includes the following devices,

1.    pretreatment system

2.    freezing and drying tank

3.    heating system

4.    vacuum system

5.    refrigeration system

6.    material conveyor

7.    control system

 

 

 

Advantage of vacuum freeze drying:

 

  1.  The thermal sensitive material could also be rather completely dehydrated under this vacuum freeze drying method. Medical dried with this method could be very steady and stored longer.

 

2.  Compared with other drying method, materials are all dried in a frozen state with vacuum freeze drying method and there’s little change in physical structure and molecular structure. The organization structure and appearance could be kept.

 

3.  There would be no hardening with the appearance and its inner would form like sponge with many holes under this kind of drying. Thus it’s of great re-hydration property and could regain its state of fresh in a short period of time.
