The taper milling machine does milling through the eddy of the principal axe which driven by the electromotor .the sieve has first sieving, force feeding .compact structure, easy to be installed and can be widely used.

 This machine’s workflow is composed of feeding, adjustment, milling, sieving, conveying &fan  

1. Feeding part: there is a winch in the hopper while there are switch board and board hand handle on the bottom of the hopper, the flow are pushed by the winch and controlled by the switch board directly.

2. Adjustment part: it is in the tail of the machine and composed of adjustment nut, orientation handle 

 the cover in the end of strand, rear spring .Through the eddy of the adjust handle driving the principal axis to do axial motion with the help of the rear spring in order to adjust the clearance of  removable wheelhead .

3. Milling part: composed of removable wheelhead & thruster. The material first will be pushed to the  clearance of the removable wheelhead by the thruster and then be skived .

4.  Sifting part. This part is mainly used to made chili powder &flavored powder. The union parts of the screen &milling is being transported to the sorter by the bellow system, go to the hopper directly to be processed circularly. The finished product are transported to the discharge outlet by the bellow system and loaded in the bag.  

5. Fan part: composed of electromotor, fan, air hose, material pipe, dust collector& air lock ,it is mainly used to clean the air, recall the fine powder and baiting automatically .

6. Installment, usage& maintenance

7. Good equipment is just the material prerequisites of accomplishing production goals, the more important factor is the making of the operator  .it means the operator must have high consciousness of responsibility and master the correct way of operating the machine ,also could amend and maintain the machine so as to enhance its efficiency. 

8. a).Installment: 

Install the milling machine flatly and firmly, make sure the bottom touches the ground completely, without any clearance in any part. If the ground is not flat, you should adjust it in case the transmutation of the machine.

9. a).Inspection: 

Check whether the screws are loosen, if yes, tighten it immediately.

Check whether there are iron or stone in the machine, if yes, clean them up.

10. Inspect the forward and backward movement and operation of the taper milling machine, principal axis. whether the running of the airlock is flexible, if not, you should adjust it .

11. If all the above inspection have been done and everything is ok ,then do the slippage experiment, observe it’s working order ,check whether the running direction of the mainframe and the airlock is correct, and inspect the sound is natural or not .Stop the machine and check whether there are loosened situation in the tight parts or exist other problems . 15 minutes later, adjust them if there are these kinds of problems.

a) Do preloading experiment, after 30~60minutes`work, stop it and do thorough inspection, only if everything is ok, continuous and long-term work could be done.

b) Inspect every part of the equipment’s conveyor system to assure no air leakage situation which will influence absorbing material.
