Our grinding machine can applied for any materials which is in high fibre, high toughness, high hardness and a certain content of moisture. And also applied for animals, plants, minerals, microorganisms, and metal materials., etc

  

It has been widely used in plants, herbs and fungus ultrafine grinding. Particle Size after grinding is between 200 mesh to 2000 mesh, according to different material.

   

The grinding machine is our own patent technology, which is composed of grinding cylinder, eccentric drive, damping spring and cooling system. Inside grinding cylinder there are different sizes of grinding medium, the metal tubes. Under the influence of eccentric drive, the grinding cylinder start round or oval-shaped vibrations in high speed. Which will bring mutual impact and friction between the inner matal tubes. So that the materials put into the grinding chamber can be crushed.

  

And when it be used for the Food and Drug crushing, the cell wall broken rate is more than 98%, which makes the powder easily and high efficiently absorbed by human body.

Choose different selection parameters for different material, so that the grinding of materials will achieve the best results. The particle shaped like squama, so the fluidity is quite good.
