Working Principle and Construction of Vibrating Screen 

It is made up of screen box, seal cover, vibrating motor. Secondary isolation frame and bottom rack.The screen box synchronous reversely rotates by two same vibrating motors, which makes whole componets concerned with vibrating move on a linear trajectory. After powdered coals fall into screen box from input mouth, quickly loose and pass through the screen, sundries such as chip and fiber are left on the top of screen mesh and are periodically cleared manually.Powdered coals use high performance vibrating motor to excite vibrating, adjust the exciter force size of vibrating motor to change the swing size of screen machine vibrating.
