This food processing machine is able to cook multiple food types, such as sticky rice, rice, wheat, and broomcorn etc. Capacity is upto 4Mt/Hr and it cuts big cost of labor and energy, reduces pollution and improve sanitary. The frame is under hot dip galvanizing treatment for rust resistant, the material all contact with water, steam and rice are made of stainless steel. A wear and high temperature resistant material are used for the belt support. One whole plate is pressed to make a steam room and cooking room, there is a steam barrier on both sides of steam room to avoid steam leaking. There is water storage tank for storing the extra hot water and condensated water, then water will be recycled and pumped to rice storage tank for rice pre heating. The cooked rice will be cooled down after cooking process. The traditional cooling process is too much waste of energy, we had developed a system to resuse the waste steam heat energy and water. Heat energy from waste steam will pass to cool water and will become hot water after passing through heat exchange system. Then, hot recycled water will be used again for cooking process. The use of this system is well used of heat energy and water, which is great environmental friendly system. The machine comes with a auto yeast filling and mixing device, filling volume is adjustable by adjusting the gate and speed of reciprocating. Yeast will be mixed with rice evenly by the two raking device, thus to achieve the best result.
