Manual Track
Manual track for pigs is usually the double and hand-pushing track. The track is mainly made up of tube track, angle iron, suspended withstand, track girder and switch. The material is generally the hot galvanized steel. It can also be the tube hand-pushing track or tube automatic track.
The pig halves from the white meat automatic line, will be sent directly into the cooling and acid-discharging track, and finally into the cooling and acid discharging cabinet to discharge the acid. Then the halves will enter the cutting workshop. The alternative can be directly sold as the hot fresh meat without acid discharging. Since the halves need the temporary storeroom, the hand-pushing track is usually necessary.
