Brief Introduction for Electrical Device and Home Appliance Recycle Line (3 platforms + 3 crush lines)
1. Refrigerator & Air conditioner & Washing machine disassembly platform
Open the shell of Refrigerator & Air conditioner & Washing machine, clean and remove the dust by vacuum sweeper;
Draw out the refrigerant (Freon);
Finally start to detach of the internal circuit board and internal modules.
2. TV & Computer disassembly platform
Open the shell of TV & Computer; clean and remove the dust by vacuum sweeper;
To detach the circuit board and electrical wire and deliver to the universal disassembly platform,
Finally start to detach the screen.
3. Circuit board and electric capacity disassembly platform
Use the bench clamp to disassembly the circuit board, remove the electric capacity by heating gun, smoke will be removed by the exhauster of the air purifier on the upper side of the platform,
4. Shell crush line
Applicable to the metallic and non-metallic shell.
Shells go through the level I crusher, to be small pieces at size 8cm*8cm
The small pieces to be delivered by automatically feeding machine to the level II crusher, to be tiny pieces at size 1cm*1cm
(Remarks: there are 3-in-1 dust collectors after the level I & II crusher, can collect the dust in the air and comply with the environmental protection standard)
5. Scrap wire crush line
Scrap electric wire go through the crusher, to be tiny pieces.
The small pieces to be delivered by conveyor to the vibrating screen to separate the materials:
-First sieve: Plastic particles
-Second sieve upper floor: mixture of few Plastic particles and few big copper wire
-Second sieve lower floor: small copper wire.
Material on second sieve upper floor will be crushed again and deliver to the electrostatic separator for complete separation.
(There is exhauster of 3-in-1 dust collector on the upper side of the vibrating screen, can collect the dust in the air and its effect complies with the environmental protection standard)
6. Circuit board crush line
Circuit boards go through the level I crusher, to be small pieces at size 5cm*5cm
Small pieces go through the level II crusher, to be tiny pieces at size less than 1cm*1cm.
Tiny pieces go through the magnetic separator, to collect the steel material.
Rest of the non-steel materials go though the main recycling machine, crushed to size 0.5mm*0.5mm mixture micro particles.
The mixture micro-particles to be blew though the separator by motor fan,
-about 30% are waste materials will be delivered to the 3-in-1 dust collector; its effect complies with the environmental protection standard.
-the rest about 70% mixture micro-particles material will be delivered to a set of combination machines (1 set of classifier + 2 sets of electrostatic separator) to complete separate the metallic materials and waste material.
Characteristic:
-No Harmful gas created, no air pollution.
-Physical separation, no need for water, no water pollution and Acid pollution.
-No noise pollution (less than 70dB)
-No dust pollution (full sets of equipment have the 3-in-1 dust collector
-High recovery for metallic materials (>99.9%)

-No-metallic materials also can be used after recycling.
