Aluminum foil tray machine CTJF-45T

Aluminum foil tray machine CTJF-45T has been from machine CTJF-40T developed as an upgraded model to produce aluminum containers, dishes and trays.

Aluminum foil tray machine CTJF-45T working speed  is 40-70 pcs/min (with one cavity mould), and its speed depends on container’s size and complexity.

Aluminum foil tray production line CTJF-45T is composed of the followings:

Main Features:

(1)    This production line can work automatically. Worker control and regulate this production line through electric control equipment.

(2)    This machines is equipped with higher closed height and longer stroke length, so it can match a larger range of moulds than 40T machine.

(3)    The width of decoiler is about 520mm.

(4)    The feeding system control feeding length and stepping by computer, which assure a high-precision steps.

(5)    We can design and manufacture different machines on request. There is some difference in machine’s outer-appearance.

(6)    The press may be equipped with single cavity or multi-cavity moulds for wrinkle-wall or smooth-wall container production.
