are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil. The most breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water, gas, impurities etc. ZL series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system. Feature: Perfect capability of removing impurities, mass and deep precision purification material enabling removal of tiny and fine particles in oil. Meanwhile, it is equipped with permanent magnet filter to filter ferruginous impurites. Unique water/gas removal system, which adopts stereo-evaporating technology, multi-oil water separation technology, enabling fast removal of water, and gas in the oil. Optimized electric heating system with automatic constant temperature controller ensures that oil temperature to be even and stable. An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance. Online work, allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation. It is humanization design with low noise, deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process. Optional mode: The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control, touch screen and dynamical display. On line water tester is available. Available in mobile option, immovable option and trailer. Oil purifier can be made in hermetical, canopy-covering, open and frame style.
