Vapor Chamber's principle of operation

The led chips are welded on the Vapor Chamber by our SMT machine.When lighting,the leds will generate heat.Gradually,the heat evaporates water into steam and cycle in the Vaccum condition.In this way,the heat can transmmit

to the air through the heat sink/fin quickly.And we can solve the thermal problem very well.Thus,reduce the light decay and enlong leds lifespan.
